My 31st Birthday Post

Hi everybody… I’m free again… Bali trip review will continue later….

 Today as most of all you know .. my birthday… another year older and I hope wiser… At the age of 30 I’ve learnt a lot especially in the aspect of my career… I’ve gained 6 years of working in Ranhill in only 1 year… it is truly special to me…

 Today.. in conjunction with my birthday.. I would like to dedicate this post to my love one… so here we go (not according to order)

 Bak (my dad)

 I’ll start with my dad. My idol. No one knows that I idolize him. His style of managing a company made me proud of him. For him it is always people skills and that particular skills made me envy of him. Although everybody knows that his temper is very-very scary, inside him you can see that he is a nice guy. I still hope I can learn more from him (except for his temper because I know I inherit it so much… actually also his hair hehe).

 Nyak (my mom)

 My angel is disguise. The nicest person in the whole world. Always help me in trouble although sometimes or most of the time we have different views. I know I have a lot of sins to her but our constructive arguments always be forgotten in the next hour. She took good care of my son when we went to work and that deed I thank her very much.

 My brother and sisters

 My siblings. Interesting characters of brother and sisters that I really cared about.. I’m trying to spend as much time with them as possible. It is fun to get together once in a while. Seeing them grew up and successful made me happy

 My wife

My love. The one that I love very much.. top of the list. We’ve been through so much. She thought me how to be patient and not jumping to conclusion. She thought me on the word “trust” and how we should trust each other and no matter what happen I will always trust her with my life…. forever. I know I also done a lot of mistake to her but she kept her cool and never stop to understand me. She has been my pillar and strength to my life since the day we get married and every crack on the pillar we will try to seal it together. I know I’m not perfect but I will be as close as possible to be a perfect husband to her. I ALWAYS LOVE YOU SAYANG….

 Edy (my son)

 My life. I will not trade anything in this world for him. He is my stress reliever. At 3 years old he kept asking me.. “Papa ada masalah ke”… I see a lot of me inside him and Ithis is my chance to nature me so that he can be better than me in the future. He meant a lot for me. He is the unity of my family…

So these people are the one that I care about.. the one that I would take a bullet for… and the one remains in my heart and soul….  

So what is my birthday wish…. To be able to be happy with my loved one… that’s all that I wish for…

Holiday: Bali 2009 Day 1

I’ve been dreaming of going to Bali since the day of the bombing… it makes me wonders, what is so special about that place that can attract so many tourist…

So one day, my wife called me…”hey.. lets go to bali… 3 people for RM 300++ only.. return ticket some-more.”.. Instantly i answered… “OK, lets go.. nah my credit card number”… So on 24th June 2009.. we are on our way for a family trip …. last time we had our trip together was on 2007….

For your info edy is a frequent traveller.. at least once a month on MAS, firefly or Airasia… so even the flight is delayed he can still kill off time with style

We have to queue for 25 minutes even though the SILA MASUKsignis on…. and they assign us separate seats so we have to negotiate our seats with other passengers… hmmm.. cheap fares.. what do you expect..

I managed to get afew snap shots on our 5 minutes walk to the airplane…

We are lucky enough the flight is half empty.. so we can seat together.. even some of the mat salleh took 3 seats and sleep..

So to kill of time.. we had our brunch that cost me RM 50… the food is quite nice and hot… and edy had his favourite in flight food.. nasi ayam…

After 3 hours of smooth flight… we arrived in Bali and was greeted by our tour guide.. Mr yande and his driver Mr. Heru.. since we have to wait for Eja’s sister that took a flight 3 hours later than us + 45 minutes of delay… we asked our driver to take us for lunch…

After lunch.. they took us to our hotel to check in.. White Rose hotel.. just behind the first bombing monument.. we are lucky enough they upgraded us from 2 rooms to a familysuites with 2 rooms… i will tell more about the room in my final post in Bali…

As a kid.. the most appeling thing in a hotel is the swimming pool. Figuring that we would not spend much time in the hotel.. i decide to take edy to the kids pool..

After chilling in the pool in in our room… we picked up Eja’s sister and her husband at the airport before we had our dinner at Jimbaran… we had seafood for our dinner at the beach under the moon….

First day went smooth and we ended the day by me and Eja’s brother in-law spend a few hours at the night clubs in Jl. Legian – Kuta…..

Its a new excitement for my family… the first sports day for our son. We make sure he slept early and wake up early and all of us dressed for the occasion as if the parents going to run for the sports day…

Heyyy.. how is my 2009 goal?

This is my achivement so far:

9 Things to do in 2009

• To increase my savings by RM 10,000

- half way there

• To have another kid. Praying hard for a girl but it happens to be a boy I will always accept it

- change target to 2010 since my wife continued her study

• To do something about my hair.. getting worst..

- gone case.. i dont think i will recover

• To go at least 2 holidays out of KL with my family

- just came back from Bali

• To stay in 5 star hotel with my family at least 4 times this year
• To maintain my weight at 60 kg… so I have 10kg to lose this year

- now i’m 72 kg

• To choose between management or consultant for my career

- i’ve chosen consultant

• To buy a car for Eja by the end of 2009

- praying and saving hard for this

• To start back low cost wedding photography by June 2009

- i’ve got my first tag along job this year… on the right track
